community members to ensure recommendations were relevant and actionable under shared governance.

the successful 2004 Literacy & Numeracy Secretariat ensuring students and teachers, not technology,

Conducted a year-long listening campaign; built a coalition of people and organizations that are working

with the Province to develop and implement system-level changes which empower students, educators,

and school leaders with the skills and supports needed to thrive.
